Pre-Release Version (AKA "Yeah, I know about that bug...")

This is an initial, restricted drop.  Just testing if things actually deploy ok.

Known issues INCLUDE, but are not limited TO :

Game balancing.  Sometimes it's not fair.  Like when a stork drops a baby & makes it impossible to bounce that AND something else.
Also, when you trigger an interplanetary war by bouncing a bomb into a spaceship, the resulting laser attack doesn't actually DO anything to your firemen; I'm prob gonna make it slow them down.  (Have you not triggered an interplanetary war yet??)
